Shipping Policy

FAST DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Delivery and ETA (Estimated Delivery Time) of your items.

All our items are shipped out FAST from Sydney Warehouse in NSW, Delivery time frame takes from between 2-4 working days, Unless if the items are out of stock.
We usually ship the items out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend and public holidays) Unless if the items are out of stock, in this instant we shall notify you via email to make alternative arrangements such as back orders, alternative products or refund.

Shipping Policy 
Deliveries will be made by Australia Post and/or a Carrier instructed by us to the address specific in your order. 
We may deliver the Goods in "separate deliveries" installments, if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
Goods are sent at our risk until it has been signed by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. If the Item is out of stock we will contact you immediately.
We endeavour to keep our Shipping prices updated and accurate but it is possible that the price may have increased from that seen in print. If that happens, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you are happy to accept the new Shipping price

As detailed in our Shipping Policy we will arrange to have messages sent to you by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order and to update you on its progress.

Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping, first item is $11 and for every additional item no matter the size or weight, it will cost $5 on top of the first item.

Can I PICK UP ?
As an online business, we work extremely hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high over head costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities.
In order for us to provide our customers with the very BEST PRICES in Australia, all ProsChoice.com.au products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility at this time.
